Decently clean and friendly service. Same good Jack food.

They forgot to give me all my food terrible night time service every time!

This place has always been a guilty pleasure. It's mostly because I don't live close by a JiB, so I don't get tired of it. Also, it's consistent in the way the food is prepared.

This is one of the best Jack in the Box franchises I've been to. They have a small location, but I recommend going in, the area for cars to line up for drive thru is also small. Really nice people, good service, the people I have talked to seem to care about the job they do, and that's rare in fast food franchises.

Depending on who's working will tell you how friendly service will be. Food is always hot and ... yeah

Very fast and very thorough. I like how organized they are and how they work as a team.

I tried the Teriyaki Bowl and I was pleasantly surprised. It is a fast food place after all, yet the food was good. It's a good way to offer something besides burgers.

Great food and customer service

Love the loaded tiny 🌮 tacos. I caught a whiff of them ; the next thing I knew I was eating meat again. It's a shame that they don't give out large servings, like they did when loaded tiny tacos first came out. Tiny tacos 🌮 are the only meat item I have cheated with.

Great service. Food was ok . will need some improvement in the kitchen. Tacos tasted like oil. Burger was warm..

Poor managment & poor team there just so rude & always handing out the wrong stuff or stuff woukd be missing

Worker in the drive thru refused to make regular substitutions that literally every other Jack in the box could make.

Tried to use coupons here for a free sandwich with any menu item purchased, not expired, everything should be good. We ordered the two sandwiches and two of the big curly fries. We get to the window and hand the lady the coupons and she stands there for a while before calling the manager to try to figure out how to apply the coupon. The manager can't figure it out either. Instead of just comping the burgers and letting us pay for the cheese and the fries, she just gave us back our coupons. Both employees were rude throughout the transaction and they made little effort to practice customer service. We had Taco Bell instead, you should too!

The employees are very nice.its a place for me to come and relax and charge my phone.the food is fantastic and hot.u don't have to wait for your food along time. I can sit in here without being rushed to leave.thank you Jack in the box in seaside ca.

Nappy ol body flaps for sale. If your in a pinch and feel like munching a catfood taco you can get 2 for about a dollar fifty.

This jack in the box is disgusting they had 5 RATS running on the side of the walls near the drive-thru window. When I told the girl at the window she didn’t even act like she cared just wanted payment. Rolled her eyes and gave attitude. Will NEVER be coming here again.

It was terrible Nugent's were still frozen in the middle and employees did not know how to handle the uber eats tablets and i had to explain it to them myself the only good thing was the little new girl in the window was so kind and sweet when her manager couldn't figured out how to call the costumer she helped me so i could do it from my own phone please give her praise from me And just so that it's understood if the people reading this do not know how to work the tablet themselves either, if you hit the help button two numbers come up the 1st number you call it will then require you to enter the 2nd number underneath the number you have called then it will connect you to the customer Please do not hinder production quality for time

Every time I order tacos the tacos are not cooked the full time! They pull them out of the fryer before th timer goes off. The service is awful

Dont even have the energy to explain after that horrible experience. Person on the mic taking my order sounds like she's run down and just doesnt care. Menu is all messed up. For instance I wanted to get kids hamburger meals. The kids hamburger meal is more expensive than the one with cheese. Seriously look at it. It makes no sense. If you cant pay attention to detail on your menu how can I expect the inside to be clean. No one came on the microphone for about 5 minutes. People were honking behind me but I hadnt even had a chance to order. Like i understand at your advanced age you werent expecting to be working at a drive thru fast food place but at least attempt to do a good job at that.

Used to give a four before my most recent visit. First off, trying to place the order was a bit ridiculous. Our wait time at the box wasn’t bad but my boyfriend, who isn’t all that quiet, had to practically yell for the employee to hear him. Secondly, our wait at the window was so long we nearly left to get food elsewhere. Window employee couldn’t answer any questions, claiming it was busy. No customers inside, and only one car behind us. Got our food, went home and thought our ordeal was finished. My boyfriends food was made completely wrong, and mine made me sick immediately after consumption. (Very unusual as I always get the same things.) We both agreed we will not be back to this location, instead we will go to Marina or Del Rey Oaks.

Food didn't taste fresh

Too bad there aren't any Jack in the box on the east. The 88 cent two tacos are amazing enough to keep me going. Good burgers and food overall.

Typical fast food fare.

Love the food but the manager is a very unpleasant person who makes it's very easy to tell she don't really like people in general. No matter how polite myself and others are to this women she remains very rude, short with you, rolls hers eyes and mean muggs. It too bad that it's pretty much children who work with this woman. I can always hear her scowling at the them and they look scared a lot times and just like her they don't really have any manners and are not very polite. 4 stars for the food 1 for service. You can't beat the two tacos for a buck thirty if your tight on cash and time or the loaded fries for 3 bucks

People waited and left because the employees that was working today did all drive through costumers and ignore the costumers inside the fast food place. They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us that they are busy or just ignoring us cold. If the owner is reading this. Today is dec 14 2019 around 2 pm and hopefully train your employees to be professional enough to do their job. We usually go in this place when we don’t want to cook for we live about 3 minutes walk from our house. I think we will not be visiting this place for a while.

This is a great spot for greasy, late-night munchies. Although, my last few experiences here have been less than desirable. On more than one occasion the wrong amount of change has been rendered & wrong food items given to me. There seems to be a lack of knowledge about menu ingredients and items, availability of items and basic customer service skills. Maybe a training session with late night staff would benefit?

Its still ok to me but i haven't ordered the chicken sandwich in 2 years. Im still traumatized

Food was hot but long lines :(

I eat in this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I must say the customer service is always awesome and they keep the place clean constantly. Pricing is convenient and they serve sizeable portions.

The milk shakes are great.
